Mary Creagh MP with members of the Campaign for National Parks

Nature Minister Mary Creagh MP spoke at a roundtable hosted by the Campaign for National Parks (CNP) a charity dedicated to the interests of National Parks in England and Wales.

National Parks are visited by millions of people each year and connect individuals and families with nature and help to boost wellbeing. National Parks include the Lake District, Peak District, Yorkshire Dales and Snowdonia which protect vital landscapes and wildlife and safeguard nature for future generations to enjoy.

This Labour government is committed to modernising National Parks to deliver more effectively for nature, climate and people. High standards of governance will ensure that National Parks and landscapes are greener, wilder and more accessible.
