JLR Welcomes Mary Creagh MP

Mary Creagh, MP for Coventry East, with the senior leadership team of Jaguar Land Rover

Mary Creagh, MP for Coventry East, visited the JLR site in Whitley today. She met with their leadership team, and went behind the scenes to see how JLR produce their vehicles.

JLR have several bases within the West Midlands, employing 30,000 people across the region.

Mary was keen to see the progress of the first ever fully electric Land Rover, and witnessed aspects of the development process from design to manufacture.

Coventry has a strong history of automobile innovation, and JLR continues this legacy in the present day.
