Mary meets Foxford School on Parliament visit

Mary Creagh MP with students and teachers from Foxford Secondary School

Students from Foxford Secondary School visited Mary Creagh MP in Parliament. The students were members of the school council and sixth form students studying A-Level politics. They toured the House of Commons, House of Lords and Westminster Hall, learned about how laws are made and had a discussion with Mary. They asked questions about Coventry, and issues they were passionate about, including free school meals, mental health support, social media and VAT reductions.

For Coventry East schools looking to visit Parliament, bookings for the Spring and Summer terms 2027 open at 10am on 23 September 2026. Schools must register beforehand and can book by clicking here.
