Mary Backs the Hunting Ban on BBC 'Look North'

In her role as Shadow Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Mary appeared on BBC Look North to discuss the possibility of a free vote on the repeal of the Hunting Act.

She emphasised that the Hunting Act was supported by the majority of people in the UK and the majority of people in rural communities. She described the ban as a reflection of the values of a civilized and humane society.
