Mary Creagh has objected to Wakefield Council's plan to introduce a gyratory traffic system in North Wakefield. She has written to the council's Chief Executive to register her concerns and is urging local residents who have concerns to register their objections.
Residents who are concerned about the proposals can submit formal objections to the plans online at http://www.northwakefieldgateway.com until Friday 25th September.
The council has confirmed that written comments sent by post will be accepted until Wednesday 30th September. Send your comments to Ian Wiper, Service Director, Transportation and Highways, Wakefield Council, Newton Bar, Leeds Road, Wakefield WF1 2TX.
