Mary Signs Up To Wakefield Express Readers' Panel

Mary Creagh, MP for Wakefield welcomed the launch of the Wakefield Express Readers' Panel this week.

The panel gives readers the chance to register and have a say about the content of the newspaper and website. Once you register you will be sent a monthly email asking for your views on a variety of issues. One lucky participant will be drawn at random every month to receive £25.

Mary Creagh MP said: "As an avid reader of the Express each week I am happy to take part in the Readers' Panel.  I hope everyone who reads the paper or contributes to the website will get involved and make their views known."  

Wakefield Express editor, Mark Bradley, said: "The Express is the newspaper of the people of Wakefield, so it's important that our readers' views are taken into accounts.  This panel will give us the mechanism to properly co-ordinate all those opinions and understand exactly what people want to read about in our newspaper."
